Refunds

Cancel before instruction begins: full refund, minus a $50 administrative fee.
Once we're ready and able to deliver the instruction, tuition is non-refundable.

Cancelling or rescheduling

Behind-the-wheel sessions: give at least 48 hours' notice, or a $50 cancellation fee may apply.
Road Test Day: give at least 48 hours' notice, or a $50 cancellation fee may apply.

During behind-the-wheel lessons

Only the student and the instructor are in the car, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Our vehicles meet the safety standards required by Minnesota law.

This agreement is valid for one year from the date of enrollment. A physical signature is collected by the instructor on the first day of behind-the-wheel instruction. The complete official contract is available as a PDF.
